Nonnative Fish Importation Permit

WHO NEEDS THIS PERMIT?

A permit to import nonnative fish, including tropical fish, IS REQUIRED by hobbyists and exhibitors.

WHO DOES NOT NEED THIS PERMIT?

Individuals or businesses (pet stores, transshippers, retailers and wholesalers) who possess a Resident Fish Dealers License (RFD) and tropical fish farmers who possess an Aquaculture Certificate of Registration from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
