General information on Special-Opportunity Dove Fields for the 2008-2009 season. Dove Club permits (season pass) for Special-Opportunity Dove Fields will be available beginning 10:00 a.m. (est.) on July 1 to 11:59 p.m. (est.) on September 9 at any tax collector's office, license agent, online at http://www.wildlifelicense.com/fl, or by calling (toll free) 1-888-HUNT-FLORIDA {(888) 486-8356}. Daily-use permits (one day only) for Special-Opportunity Dove Fields will be available anywhere licenses are sold beginning 10:00 a.m. (est.) on September 18. Brochures for any field may be obtained at one of FWC's regional offices or by clicking on the link's below. The Allapattah Flats Special-Opportunity Dove Field is located off Fox Brown Road approximately 15 miles west of Stuart in Martin County. The Brown Farm Special-Opportunity Dove Field is located approximately 5 miles northwest of Bonifay in Holmes County. This dove field is leased from a private individual. By law, you can not set foot on the individual's property except during scheduled dove hunts and only with a valid permit. The Caravelle Ranch Special-Opportunity Dove Field is located off SR 19 approximately 12 miles south of Palatka on the Caravelle Ranch WMA in Putnam County. The Combs Farm Special-Opportunity Dove Field is located approximately 6 miles northeast of Sanderson in Baker County. This dove field is leased from a private individual. The Frog Pond Special-Opportunity Dove Field is located off SR 9336 approximately 8 miles west of Homestead on the Frog Pond WMA in Dade County. The Fussell Farm Special-Opportunity Dove Field is located off Fussell Road approximately 3 miles north of Polk City in Polk County. This dove field is leased from a private individual. The North Newberry Special-Opportunity Dove Field is located approximately 4 miles north of Newberry in Alachua County. This dove field is leased from a private individual.
